The 10km route is recorded as follows:
Vagia will be marked as the starting point, exactly were the ring road meets the road leading to Vagia beach, providing the runners with the opportunity of running by the sea towards Koutalas bay. They will pass by the beautiful beaches of Vagia, Ganema and Koutalas, while enjoying the unique sunset along with the wild beauty of the Cycladic landscape. The runners will be directed towards Ganema and after they complete a distance of 4,850 meters, they will be asked to return through Aspros Kavos, and then back towards the start and finishing point at Vagia beach, enjoying both the unique sunset and the wild beauty of the Cycladic landscape.
 
The race will be on the asphalted road, apart from the 300 last meters, where they will be making their way to the beach on a dirt road. The race is suitable for both experienced and amateur runners.
 
There will be 4 water stations during the race, a car following the runners providing them with any assistance they might need, a doctor and ambulance ready to give first aid and transfer them to the Serifos Health Center if needed.
 
Everyone participating in the 10km race is required to have an up to date athlete's card or a recent medical certificate, either by submitting it to the race registration or by emailing it to registration@serifosrace.com.
 
PRIZES
- Prizes and gifts for the 3 first men and the 3 first women of the race.
- Classification and gifts to the first man and the first woman who will combine both sports as following: 5km run and 750m swim, 10km run and 1500m swim (with limitation at least 10 participants).
- Medals to all participants
 
The 10km award ceremony will take place on Saturday, just after the end of the races, at Vagia beach.
