Hiking trail

From the village Kallitsos (or Kentarhos) to Hora (duration 2.30 hours). The trail crosses the east mountainous side of Serifos.
 
During the weekend of Serifos Sunset Race, a hiking trail will take part on Saturday morning. Starting at 9:00 from the port. The cost is 8 € per person and includes transportation to Kallitsos village and trail guide.
 
The first part is a trail road that stops just after Kentarhos where now the path is paved and climbs on Vounaki where you can enjoy the magnificent blue Aegean Sea and the island Vous. After passing Vounaki you arrive in Paliomitata and church Pano Stavros. Then you cross the area of Marmari, Kipous with the old stone bridge and just before Hora will then find the spring of Mavrou.

Hatha Yoga

Serifos Sunset Race participants can attend Hatha Yoga lessons that will take place after the running races at Vagia beach, on Saturday evening, for the relaxation of the runners.
Hatha Yoga lessons will also take place before the swimming races on Sunday morning, at Avlomonas beach, for the best preparation of the swimmers.
